At Nefris Beauty, every guest experience is designed with care, clarity, and respect. These policies help ensure your appointment runs smoothly and that I can provide the highest level of service to each guest.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

    • Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service fee.

    • No-shows will be charged the full service amount before booking future appointments.

    Late Arrivals

    • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.

    Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and are subject to a cancellation fee.

  • I am located inside Jon Clare Salon.

    Parking is available in the lot when you turn into the building at 789 Washington St.

  • All major credit cards are accepted.

    Gratuities are welcome in cash, Venmo, or added to your card.

    • Unopened products may be returned within 14 days.

    • Opened or used products are non-returnable for safety reasons.

  • Please reschedule if you are sick or contagious.
