At Nefris Beauty, every guest experience is designed with care, clarity, and respect. These policies help ensure your appointment runs smoothly and that I can provide the highest level of service to each guest.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service fee.
No-shows will be charged the full service amount before booking future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and are subject to a cancellation fee.

I am located inside Jon Clare Salon.
Parking is available in the lot when you turn into the building at 789 Washington St.

All major credit cards are accepted.
Gratuities are welcome in cash, Venmo, or added to your card.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days.
Opened or used products are non-returnable for safety reasons.
I’ll recommend an alternative product, and the value of your return will be applied toward it. Refunds (cash or credit) aren’t available, and retail returns can’t be used as service credit.
