• Cancellations & Late Arrivals:

    I appreciate a 48 hour notice for all cancellations, in order to leave enough time for me to offer that appointment to someone on my waitlist. If you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment on more than one occasion, a fee equal to 50% of your service will be required before rebooking your appointment. If you no-show without notice for a scheduled appointment, you will no longer be allowed to book an appointment in advance without a service deposit.

    New Guests who no-show will not be able to reschedule their appointment.

    If you’re running late, please contact me as soon as possible by texting 508-436-3087. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you - however some aspects of your appointment may be adjusted.

    Adjustments & Refunds:

    I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. While I do not offer refunds for services rendered, if you are not entirely satisfied, please let me know within 7 days of your appointment and I will gladly invite you back in to make adjustments at no additional charge. This does not apply if I provided a service we both agreed upon in your consultation and you've changed your mind or attempted to alter your hair elsewhere.

    Retail Refunds: You may exchange any opened or unopened retail product within 14 days of purchase. I will suggest an alternative product to meet your needs and the value of the product you are returning will be applied towards the new product. Cash or credit back for returned retail products isn't an option. Retail returns can't be used as a service credit.

  • I am located inside The Beauty Hive in Canton. There is street parking available up front and there is also a free parking lot behind the building that you can access using Ames Ave.
