  • Membership visits do not roll over to the next month.

    Unused visits do not roll over unless rescheduled within the same billing cycle.

  • Yes. A 3-month minimum commitment is required to join.

  • No. Memberships are non-transferable and intended for the original client only.

  • Absolutely! Members can add additional services such as haircuts, treatments, or extended styling at regular service pricing.

  • After your minimum commitment is fulfilled, you may cancel with 30 days notice before your next billing cycle, or pause your membership once per year.
